Chandler Personnel is currently looking for a Plant Identification and Dispatch Specialist for our fast-paced horticulture team based in Boneo VIC.‍

- Location: Boneo, Mornington Peninsula VIC

- Pay rate: $29

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working harvest including pruning / thinning / budding / grafting of trees.
  • Farm hand work
  • Labeling, pruning, staking, fertilizing and weeding plants

Skills and Experience Required:

  • MUST have their own transport
  • Nursery Experience Essential
  • Proof of right to work in Australia
  • Available to work 6 days per week including weekends & public holidays
  • This role will require physical fitness and resilience to working outdoors for long hours
  • Possess a hard-working attitude
